Is a fast acting high quality yeast and nutrient.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Optimum brewing temperature is 22 - 26 degrees C

Ferments 6 kg of Sugar in 21 lt of water in approximately 5 - 7 days.

Ferments 7.5 Kg of Sugar in 25 lt of water in approximately 7 - 10 days
It is advisable to allow a further 2 days for the yeast to settle.

Typical yields 7 - 9 lt of alcohol at 40% by volume
